Fundraising is a great way to offset the cost of dues and fees associated with scouting. The funds that a scout earns during yearly fundraising events (usually a percentage of their sales) is kept in a “scout account” used solely for the purpose of scouting activities and fees. We participate in two fundraisers yearly: Popcorn and Discount Cards.
